Frank came to the PAYH as a 16 year old in October of 2006 from middle Georgia. He first experimented with drugs as a 14 year old. His behavior deteriorated from that point and after an overdose, it was recommended that Frank needed to attend the PAYH to turn his life around. While at the PAYH, Frank dedicated his life to Christ and was baptized. He also earned his GED and was a committed student. In April, after 18 months at the PAYH, Frank graduated and joined the military.
