REEF

Reef came to the PAYH in October of 2010 from South Carolina as a 16 year old. Having demonstrated a pattern of rebellion where he had lied, stolen, and begun using drugs at the age of 14, Reef needed an opportunity to come under authority. While at the PAYH, Reef matured, began to become secure in who he was and his own uniqueness. He graduated in May after 18 months in the program and will be attending a technical college.
